One client engaged our services because they had been served with a notice of disciplinary with a view to dismissal by their employer for an act they did not commit. The employee themselves maintained that this was an allegation made by a disgruntled member of staff, unhappy with our client because they had spoken out against their conduct in a previous incident. They also said it was impossible to have occurred because they were in an entirely separate location at the time suggested, meeting with people who could verify this. We followed this up by going to the location the client said they were at and took formal witness statements from people there who could confirm they met and spoke with the client on that day and at that time. We put a detailed report together of our findings and our client asked for us to attend the disciplinary as a witness on their behalf to present the conclusions we had drawn.

Industrial relations are the set of disciplines which research the relations between employees. Industrial relations are scrupulously analyzed by professionals, because these relations influence the quality of work, job satisfaction, development of business and economics greatly. First of all, relations are characterized with the information about the duties and rights of the employees. They have to know what they are expected to do and what they can do if there is a certain problem with a boss or manager. Much attention is paid to the ethical side of industrial relations, because emotional well-being and healthy working atmosphere are often the key factors which influence the quality of work. Smart businessmen should be aware about the principles of the industrial relations in order to carry out the policy of human resource management professionally.

It severely impacted the industrial environment in the state and hence it was a concern for all industry. They blamed each other for the situation that ultimately took an ugly turn. The management held the workers responsible for indiscipline and for slowing down production, while the workers insisted that there had been no indiscipline on their part and that the management was bringing up this issue only to prevent the formation of a trade union.
